AOSH Emergency First Aid provides practical one-day emergency life-saving training. Participants learn how to respond calmly and effectively to sudden medical emergencies, cardiac arrest, bleeding, choking, and unconscious casualties in the workplace.

What this course covers
- Primary assessment and the DRABC emergency protocol
- Adult CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and AED operation
- Recovery position and airway management for unconscious casualties
- Controlling severe external bleeding and managing shock
- Choking response and managing burns, fractures, and minor injuries
Who should attend
Designated workplace first aiders, security personnel, receptionists, floor wardens, and school staff.
Candidates must demonstrate basic literacy in English and technical comprehension relevant to their site operational environment.
